“Everyone was so compassionate, professional and extremely helpful. They cover everything for you. I can’t imagine trying to navigate all the details on my own. They handle all the details so you can grieve on your own time. I have to give a personal thank you to Derrick, he responded to all my questions and concerns within minutes of me calling/emailing him. I was amazed and so grateful at how efficient he was”

“When my mother had passed away a year before,she had set up plans with Washburn- McReavy . My brother Jim had taking care of any other paperwork or questions that needed answering . I believe at that time<br>he had set up his funeral arrangements a d plan . When he became ill I was able to move forward and pay the balance off ,which eased my mind moving forward .<br>When Jim passed ,you were very professional ,quick in reaching out to me ,answering any questions I had and then helping me go through any thing else that needed taking care of . Very good to reach out this week ,to see how I was doing ,and reassuring me that I could send you a message if I needed any help . Thank you !”
